This 1999 Mercedes-Benz E320 Wagon was originally sold in Texas in May 1999 where it remained with the first owner until 2021. It was then acquired by the current seller and relocated to California. Finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic (744) over a Grey MB-Tex (148) interior, power is provided by a 3.2-liter naturally aspirated V6 paired with a five-speed automatic transmission driving the rear wheels. Features include a glass power sunroof, automatic climate control, folding rear-facing 3rd row seats, and power windows, locks, and wing mirrors. This S210 shows just over 69k miles and is offered with factory literature, 2 keys, a Carfax report, and a clean California title.
Finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic (744), this long-roof example shows no major blemishes and is reportedly rust-free. Features include halogen headlamps, fog lights, a power glass sunroof, roof rails, and a rear window wiper. The attached Carfax lists one damage report from April 2016, prior to the seller's acquisition, with no additional information provided. The windows feature a tint to help protect the interior.
This E320 wears factory 16" alloy wheels wrapped in Kelly Edge A/S tires measuring 215/55 all around. Light curb rash can be seen on a few of the wheels. The rear self-leveling suspension was deleted in August 2025 and the car now features a standard shock and spring set up in the front and rear. The car also received new lower control arms, inner and outer tie rod ends, and an alignment at that same time.
The cabin is trimmed in Grey MB-Tex (148) across the seats, door cards, and head rests. Burl wood trim adorns the center console, dashboard, and upper door cards. The seller notes the headliner is sagging in the rear. The seating surfaces remain in good condition and there are no cracks on the dash. Additional options include automatic climate control, electrically adjustable front seats with memory settings, and an OEM Becker head unit with AM/FM, cassette, and weather band. All electronics are reported to be in working order along with cold A/C. The rear-facing third row of seats can fold flat into the cargo floor and are pictured in the gallery below.
The digital odometer shows just over 69k original miles. Instrumentation includes a 160-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline, and a digital odometer with trip function. Additional gauges include fuel level, coolant temperature and a digital clock.
The 3.2-liter M112 V6 was rated at 221 horsepower and 232 lb-ft of torque when new and is paired with a 722.6 automatic five-speed transmission sending power to the rear wheels. Recent service in August 2025 included new lower control arms, inner and outer tie rod ends, a new rack and pinion, mass air flow sensor, and engine air filter in August 2025 with a reciept included. In 2022, a 60k-mile service was performed with new spark plugs, transmission service, A/C service, new A/C blend air motor, and air filters. Additional prior services are noted on the included Carfax report. Underbody photos are viewable in the gallery.
The two-owner Carfax report shows longterm ownership along with linear mileage updates and a total of 27 service history records. This 1999 E320 Wagon is offered by the seller with factory literature, 2 keys, and a clean California title.
Videos below show a cold start and the A/C in operation along with driving footage.

Good Morning, First I want to thank The MB Market which has been an excellent platform. We are coming down to the final hours for this Gem. Our empty nest with her going to college which means the end of Soccer and Track and is forcing the sale. I do not want to park it outside in the driveway and be a Sunday driver as this car deserves better yet is up to the task of work and be utilitarian. I did want to mention that it does come with a full set of new cloth floor mats and a full set of rubber mats including the 3rd seat. I can assist with shipping and loading and it can remain in my garage for up to 14 days if the buying party needs time. Good Luck on your bids and Don't miss this one Where else will you get this type of QUALITY for the money in today's car market. I will be available to answer questions until the bell rings.$4,000 bid placed by @Zapper

I have a very similar W210 wagon and they're amazing cars. This looks like a good one.@jfree97 I'd love to be able to show the car but had to go out of town until Friday unfortunately. I did get a driving video added prior to leaving which is added and also showed the car then as well.$2,500 bid placed by @jwinter88
I'm in Long Beach. Are you open to an in-person inspection?$2,000 bid placed by @Hendrixhands
I had a request to add pictures showing around the wheel wells and under the weather stripping on the doors to ensure no rust. They are now in the gallery. The car has no rust anywhere and has always been garaged. I also took a driving video as well. Thanks for the interest and questions!A driving video has been added to the listing along with additional photos showing details around the wheel wells and weather stripping.Thank you to all who've sent messages, contacts, and bids so far. This has been an incredibly fantastic car to own and I'm confident the next owner will be very pleased. I'm happy to answer any questions and appreciate everyone checking out my wagon!@skarthur I switched to the traditional spring and shock setup after the car drove over a railroad crossing and one of the ties were loose so it popped up and damaged the rear suspension. I consulted several friends/fellow MB wagon owners who have done the conversions and decided to go that route per their feedback. We've been very happy with it.$1,607 bid placed by @knute
