This 2001 Mercedes-Benz SLK230 Kompressor was delivered new at Mercedes-Benz of Raleigh, NC in April 2000 and subsequently sold as a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz to the second owner in 2004 as it remained in North Carolina until being acquired by the present California owner in 2020. Finished in Glacier White (143) over Quartz Two-tone Leather (215), this R170 SLK is powered by a supercharged 2.3-liter M111 powerplant mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. Features include a power-folding hardtop, cruise control, climate control, and a CD changer. Recent work includes an oil/fluid service and new transmission mounts. The ‘Kompressor’ supercharged 2.3-liter M111 powerplant is rated at 185-hp and 200 lb-ft of torque from the factory. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission. The M111 features a roots-style M62 Eaton supercharger and an air to air intercooler. This SLK comes with a recent service which includes new transmission mounts and an oil/fluid service.
