Late model R129s with SL1 and SL2 and low mileage in an interesting color with a rare interior leather option are getting harder and harder to find. They are arguably the most desirable to people wanting to get into their first youngtimer Sport Leicht when they have a good budget to work with and patience on their side. SL1 fetches the AMG body kit and staggered wheels which is getting difficult to find. The cherry on top is this car having SL2 package which nets Xenon headlights and heated seats – a must on a grand touring roadster. The wind buffer still wrapped in plastic in the trunk makes these amazing cruisers when the weather gets chillier in the autumn. The SL2 package means you get a whole extra season out of these cars before having to install the hard top for winter Capri Blue over Saffron makes this a unicorn in the sea of SLs on the market. It’s going to be a long time before another one like this hits the market again. We’re salivating over this one.
