This 1999 Mercedes-Benz E300 Turbo Diesel was sold new at Mercedes-Benz of Arlington, VA and remained in Virginia until March 2017 when it changed ownership within the same family and moved to California. The car now resides in Costa Mesa, CA with the selling dealer earlier who acquired the car earlier this year. Finished in Firn White (143) over a Mushroom MB-tex (145A) interior, the car is powered by a 3.0-liter turbo diesel inline-six paired with a five-speed automatic transmission. The E300 TD comes factory rated at 27mpg city and 36mpg highway. Equipment includes power-adjustable front seats with memory, woodgrain trim, and an eight-speaker audio system, along with the Elegance Package. Now showing just over 35k miles, this E300 Turbo Diesel is offered by the selling dealer in California with factory literature, a tool roll, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title.
The exterior is finished in Firn White (143) and is equipped with a power-operated sunroof, fog lights, and power-adjustable side mirrors. The seller notes there are no scrapes or dents on the body and states the car is completely free of any rust or corrosion. As a 1999 model, this is last year a diesel engine was offered in the W210 stateside as well as the final pre-facelift year model.
The original 16″ alloy wheels wear Falken Ziex tires measuring 215/55 all around with 2019 date codes. A spare wearing an older Goodyear Eagle tire is housed in the trunk along with the factory tool kit.
The seats are upholstered in Mushroom MB-Tex (145A) with wood veneer accenting the dashboard, center console, and door panels. The dash and wood remains free from cracks and the original Becker headunit is still present. Amenities include power-adjustable front seats with memory, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a ventilated center glovebox. The seller notes the headliner is not sagging and remains in excellent condition and the factory Mushroom floormats are included.
A four-spoke airbag steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a 6k-rpm tachometer. Additional gauges include fuel level and coolant temperature along with a digital outside temperature readout and clock. The digital odometer indicates 35,205 miles.
Power comes from a 3.0-liter OM606 turbo diesel inline-six cylinder factory-rated at 174 horsepower and 244 lb-ft of torque, which is transferred to the rear wheels via a 722.6 five-speed automatic transmission. Per the Carfax, the car received a new fuel filter in March 2019 along with a new air conditioning receiver/dryer.
This E300 turbo diesel is offered with a clean Carfax report indicating linear mileage updates and routine services throughout its history. Underbody photos and a walk around video have been provided by the seller. In addition to a clean Carfax report, this W210 is offered with factory literature, a tool roll, and a clean California title.
What kind of Mercedes experts would we be if we didn’t re-clarify that this W210 is rust free? In addition to being rust free, this E300 boasts a turbo diesel engine which achieves 27 mpg city and 36 mpg highway. With only 35k miles on the odometer, this OM0606 is barely broken-in and will easily cover a half million miles without skipping a beat. The 1999 model year was not only the final pre-facelift W210, but also the final year a diesel was offered in the W210 chassis stateside. According to the original family who owned the car, this E300 TD was always well-maintenanced, as supported by the Carfax records, and garage-kept. This W210 is turn-key ready for its next owner and needs nothing to provide miles upon miles of comfortable, yet economical, commuting.

@classic4life Hi it does not but seats still feel like new.
Does it have lumbar support???????
@Jim_Rosenthal CD Changer would need to be added if desired but I would recommend sending the headunit to Becker and having them integrate Bluetooth if you were going to do anything like that.
Possibly the best diesel engine ever from Mercedes. These things were bulletproof and easy to maintain unlike the complicated stuff today. Father had one that had over 500k miles and still ran like new.

This is a great car, I had one and ran it up to 240k and sold it. Never quite got 36mpg but got a consistent 34mpg at 70mph on highway runs.
