This set of Kleemann headers are made from stainless steel and are designed to fit the naturally aspirated M113-powered W210. All mounting hardware is included in the sale and the Kleemann logo can be seen welded onto each side. Additionally, a new OEM set of four brake rotors and pads specific to an AMG spec W210, W208, or W202 will be included. New brake sensors are also included and these AMG rotors can also be retrofitted to a non AMG spec car but would require new AMG calipers as well. This set of Kleemann headers and AMG brake rotors and pads are now being offered by the seller in New Jersey.
The Kleemann headers reportedly add 7 to 10 percent gains in both horsepower and torque to any naturally aspirated M113-powered W210 which includes both the E430 and E55 AMG. The headers are made from high quality stainless steel and are designed to decrease back pressure. The headers feature mandrel bends, precision water-jet cut flanges, larger primary pipe diameters, and larger collectors and down-pipes. Kleemann headers integrate with the stock engine management with no need for further modification.
Also included in the sale are a brand new set of four OEM brake rotors and pads for a W210 E55 AMG. According to the part numbers, these rotors are applicable for any AMG spec W210, W208, or W202. The AMG rotors are larger than non-AMG specs but can be retrofitted to any non AMG model as well. For those wanting to do this, AMG calipers would be required as well but are not included. Factory part numbers for the rotors can be seen listed on the boxes and are as follows: 2104211812, 2104211912, 2104230812. New front and rear brake sensors are also included and pictured in the gallery.
The MB Market Insights
For anyone looking to take their W210 to the next level, Kleemann has always been a go-to solution. This set of Kleemann headers adds a performance edge to any naturally aspirated M113-powered W210 by removing back pressure as the exhaust exits the vehicle. Your ears will also thank you as the headers help to open up the M113. Kleemann claims an estimated 7 to 10 percent increase in horsepower and torque for naturally aspirated engines. As an added bonus, a brand new set of OEM brake rotors specific for an AMG W210, W208, or W202 will be included. New brake pads and sensors will also come with the sale. These rotors can also be retrofitted to any non AMG model but will also require AMG calipers as well. Whether you're looking to add some special sauce to your daily driver or working on completing the perfect build from the ground up, these parts are certainly an added value to any applicable Mercedes.

Kleemann Headers for M113 W210 and All Four AMG Brake Rotors
@FXRcR1The downpipes do not eliminate the O2 sensors and the removal of the cat doesn't require any tune of the ECU. No CEL will trigger with this set up. I actually have ran this same set up on an E430 and E55 in the past and it made a great improvement with no issues.
The stock downpipes include a cat and an O2 sensor if I'm not mistaken. If these parts eliminate those elements, how is the CEL avoided without an ECU mod?
@Oayyildiz01Yes, I am willing to ship them to the buyer but the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer. I will ensure they are properly packaged for shipping if needed. Thanks!
@ProdigalPetrolHeadI looked on Kleemann's website and it sounds like the headers are specific to the 210 but would recommend calling Kleemann to confirm. Another source says any N/A M113 but when I purchased them from Kleemann they were intended for a 210 E55. I've also installed another set on an E430 with no issues. This is a spare set I had and have no need for now. Thanks

Could these be shipped out depending on the buyers location?
@LNYNYC Hey! The installation of the headers does not require any kind of ECU tune and can be run with no issues at all on the factory ECU. Thanks!

Anyone know if the ECU needs to be upgraded because of the headers on a w210 E55?
