It all depends on the caliper size and the wheel's internal design. A 10mm spacer, bringing the offset down to 28 might work, but I wouldn't want to recommend something I haven't verified myself. If you use a spacer to clear the caliper, you'll then need to check whether you need to roll your front fenders. These wheels were specifically designed for W140 & C140 applications
@VelocettaAlthough the offset range may work to use these LORINSER wheels on a W211, due to their concave design, the calipers will rub against the inner face of the front wheels..

@Mb_JapanI understand and respect your point of view and personal preference. Being a purist myself I rather look for original finish when buying pre-owned sets of wheels. Original finish could be done without any issues by wheel refinishing experts. Good luck with your auction.
Who did the refinishing job on this set? Faces were painted silver instead of the original "diamond cut concentric machined" finish, why?
