@BryMacHey, I was able to get a cold start video today which is now viewable. There's no issues at all with fuel injection system and it runs and drives extremely smooth. There's no record of the timing chain tensioner guide being replaced but there's no play at all in the chain at start up. The tires are old so I would recommend replacement before regular use. I have not done anything to the brakes under my care since they operate without issue. There's absolutely no rust or bubbling anywhere on the car. It's very clean and dry including underneath.
