@EuropeanStarr All true other than the fact that Euroean Starr offered a latch at no cost because European starr told me that it was a leak from the pump problem and found out later that it was a latch from Fletcher Jones. But, I do believe European Starr would've done anything they could to fix the problem.
I just erased my posting because my intention was not to cause any troubles for the seller. The seller is good but just wanted provide my actual experience on buying an old car. But seems like MB Market doen't want me to do so.

I recently bought 2002 SLK32 AMG with 42k miles for $20K + $2K (Tax and registration) And It costed me $12K to fix everything at the Official Mercedes dealership. It was 97 Carfax score car. haha. In total, $34K. Not selling it forever probably. But, it is in perfect condition now.
One done...now I am going after this one!
