Hello. Airbags were replaced by the previous owner right before I bought the car. They were recently inspected and seems to be in good shape. They stay up for about a week or so.
@Jcanabalhello. The window regulator is missing a tooth, so it jumps on the way up. A used one in good condition costs in between $200 and 300. The cracks on the steering are easy to repair they just need to be filled with any type of epoxy and then repainted. For around $120. A dash cover costs $175, or the original can be re upholstered, I have the best guy for that job here in town. I can ask. Wood trim, just the corner is damaged. To repair it can be around $300. I can assist with all that. Cheers
@2443johnoHey John! Good to see you around here! It's been a while...thanks for the comment, glad you liked the car
@Jim_Rosenthalhello, as far as I've read, the speedometer and tachometers surrounded in wood lasted until 1967 ft coupe version. This was probably one of the first models with a wrapped cluster. Not sure if there's a different story for the convertible
@Jim_RosenthalSolex carburator, was refurbished recently and works like a charm
@Awismotat 3rd was the spare. Those are the original tires that came with the car and have small cracks on the sides I wouldn't leave them, even though the thread is intact
@Skid44the car was repainted like two and a half years ago. There is a slight decoloration but it's more noticeable on the pictures because of the contrast. It's probably due to the fact that the doors were taking apart when repainted. The car has been kept in a warehouse with air conditioning the whole time, taken only on short drives to keep it running
@dcraigkit is a 74, the first year of the big bumpers
@here4thtimesit doesn't look bad, i had my doubts when i first saw it...

@Saintofpants303wire transfer, cashier's check venmo...

@CowgirlBlakethe car is exempt from emissions test in Florida, so there are no tests
@Seattlegearheadhello, There was no way for me to confirm the mileage when I got the car. I bought it from a Mercedes specialist in upstate New York who got it from the original owner. This person apparently had a large collection of cars; and many of the cars including this one were stored for 19 years! And it did looked like it was stored for a long time because the leather on the front seats was in good shape but cracked, probably because of the heat
