This rare authentic AMG body kit was manufactured for the Gen 2 (1986-1991) W126 S-Class and remain New Old Stock having never been previously used or mounted. The parts were manufactured by AMG prior to their merger with Mercedes-Benz and are no longer produced. The set includes a front lip skirt, rear bumper, and both side skirts. The front lip fits SE and SEL models, while the rear bumper and skirts are compatible on SE, SEL, and SEC models. AMG stamps are found on each individual piece showing part numbers and the OEM jack hole covers can be used. That is how they were designed/made by AMG and are shortened if being installed on SE and SEC models. You can also refer to the picture that shows the details stamped into the parts themselves - it clearly shows "SE, SEL, SEC" in the second line.Side skirts for SE, SEL and SEC have different length. What model are these side skirts for?@StuttgartClassix I have great knowledge on the subject and have had several sets and still have spares for my personal cars. The pictured spoilers all look authentic and have the correct markings, labels and stickers. The Eastern European copies are made out of fiberglass. Authentic pieces are not fiberglass. A simple “tap” of the materials will let you know the difference. For those who were curious about how a sedan Gen 3 Euro spoiler fits on a Gen 2 Euro SEC front bumper, it will be close but the sides of the spoiler will not sit flush. " To clarify, originally there was a Gen 1 front but that has nothing to do with this auction now as it has been swapped with a Gen 2 front. MBM updated the pictures to show a full Gen 2 Euro kit. My collection was acquired in the early 90's, everything is from AMG. To follow what blueridge made mention of. What we are looking at is a mishmash of parts that will either fit a gen 2 for side skirts and rear and a gen 1 for front? I know there are a variety of kits out there. This front does look gen one but non dog ear the and the rear and side gen 2. A good shop can make it all fit I'm sure. Besides some older stickers what proof is it that is a real AMG nos. These Eastern euro parts are quite savvy with emulating and replicating the real deal including the stampingThis is so cool! @Adees These parts are all for European models. ThanksMay I ask to clarify that when saying Gen1 and Gen2 are we talking about USA models or European Models. I can assure you there not the same.
