@AMG5pt4Thanks for the information. You are totally correct in regards to the material. I didn't want to repaint the parts as I wanted to sell them as they came from the factory. This gives the buyer the option to do what they want with it. There are companies that can coat them and it's best left for them.

@YuraCoupeThese side skirts are in fact compatible for SEL, SE and SEC models. That is how they were designed/made by AMG and are shortened if being installed on SE and SEC models. You can also refer to the picture that shows the details stamped into the parts themselves - it clearly shows "SE, SEL, SEC" in the second line.

This kit is a full Gen 2 AMG kit for the W126, fitting Euro bumper cars from 1986-1991. " To clarify, originally there was a Gen 1 front but that has nothing to do with this auction now as it has been swapped with a Gen 2 front. MBM updated the pictures to show a full Gen 2 Euro kit. My collection was acquired in the early 90's, everything is from AMG. Keep an eye out for my upcoming auctions to see a very unique premerger AMG collection.
@nycexec212Hi, the following is stated in the first paragraph of the description - "The front lip fits SE and SEL models, while the rear bumper and skirts are compatible on SE, SEL, and SEC models." @DrAMGThanks for the question. No, there is no sticker in this kit. This is one of the earliest parts and no such sticker was in the kit. I agree that the spoiler looks amazing on the w201 and 124 chassis.

@BlueridgeMBHi and thanks for the info and bid. You're 100% correct - the material is some kind of plastic that has been moulded. We have a collection of premerger NOS parts and we've noticed that the 201 and 124 ducktails do not have any numbers stamped into them but all others do. This must be one of the very earliest as even glue in the box has an expiry date of 1989...lol Can you let us know when AMG started to use HWA numbers? Our understanding is that it's after they merged with MB. Cheers
@mickeybharatHi, this spoiler does not have any stamped numbers. It was manufactured before the merge with MB and some early models do not have numbers physically stamped into them. The only part number appears on the original box. To our knowledge it was made for export, not the German market at the time.
