@turboregal I'm surprised you had so much rubbing with the sl65 version of these wheels. Were you running 285s? I have 19x9.5 et 25 rear wheels with 275/30 continentals and have no rubbing in the rear with a couple mm to spare. Given that, i think these would be at just about the limit of 211 fitment as long as you ran 275s @pprsldr - these are specifically made for the 219 chassis so i don't think fitment there is a question
hmm been wanting an OEM+ wheel for my w211 e55 and i'm wondering how these would look. seller can you confirm these take M14 wheel bolts?
Is there any evidence of repaired cracks? Could you post pics of the inner lips? my e55 wheels cracked when looked at funny and these would be a nice subtle upgrade with the more agressive width/offset
@albanianbenzI appreciate the honesty. I didn’t want to rain on your listing but it does look a bit rough from some angles. still, with the recent maintenance and nice interior it’ll make a good driver for someone. I was vaguely if it was in MA, but unfortunately not in TX. Good luck!
Ohh this would look nice next to my designo graphite w211. @seller - was the paint job just done recently? Or was the car maybe wet sanded & polished? Looks to be clear coat or polish residue everywhere. In pic 74 are those tape lines on the fender? Can you speak on the quality of the paint job?
