The mounting holes from the front plate can be covered with rubber flat buttons/pins. Just spray them with a little Almandine metallic paint first and they'll blend in nicely.
The Almandine Red Metallic is so perfect on this early 90s R129 body....tempted to bid on this but no room at the Inn, sadly! Good Luck to bidders and seller on this beauty!
Its amazing to see chrome moldings on a car of this vintage in such amazing condition. Obviously they should be with this little mileage, but I dont think Ive ever seen better original brightwork on a 126.
