However depending on how long since the car was started last and how cold it is outside the car can initially smoke from the exhaust for a short time until it’s warm. As you state, it is a diesel. @Bifo5401hi - looking at my records 2017 the glow plug control was replaced. 2018 all fuses replaced to newer design, brakes cleaned and lubricated, headlight washer hoses replaced. 2020 window guides lubricated, low wire hanging below number secured, windshield washer hose repaired. 2021 battery replaced and both front ball joints replaced. A right front window switch was also replaced. 2022 to date were just normal services.

@Peterkthe car has not been smoked in. It also recently was treated to clean all air / interior contaminants professionally. I’m not sure I understand the mileage question. The car has been in our family entirely. Mileage is normal family driving use.
