@KingKitty According to past sales, most of the vehicles did not have the Balance Shaft serviced. Not sure where you’re getting figures from. Also, Since the auction ended RNM, we have the right to offer it outside the auction now.
@SAIMPORTS Guess it depends on what you consider "lucky"? That, and soliciting a purchase outside of the auction seems inappropriate. The market has spoken, this is clearly not a $5000 car. More like $3000. Maybe. Good luck!
@pedruino unfortunately, no, please reach out if you would like to purchase Supreme Auto Imports

Beautiful wagon - and per comments on Silver, it is THE color. I love color, and many, many Mercedes colors. But Silver always works. Yes there is the history and the pedigree of racing, but silver offers a neutral blend that lets the car itself be the accent.. the lines, the design, placement of glass. More bold colors, while fun, take away from that in some cases. My 2 cents. If only one color - make it silver.

@ItWillPass As an MB owner of 30+ years, I made it through the silver and champagne (gold) years with difficulty. Silver was, by far, the most common color of the time, followed by gold and then black, in my opinion. Outliers were green, maroon, and white, any of which I consider highly desirable when I'm looking at models of this vintage. The silver weathers and ages well, but it's so - meh.
Good morning everyone, Videos will be uploaded shortly. Also, if you need a quote on transport, please provide zip code here or by message, thanks

What is the general sense on silver AMG wagons? I'm not a white/black/silver kinda guy since every car out there seems to be these colors. I mentioned to my MB service mgr that, in looking for a wagon, I didn't want silver. He questioned that and reminded me that silver is the AMG brand color. He pointed out that the original MB race cars were silver (e.g., gullwings), so I started looking at the color differently. Silver is understated, which seems to fit the personality of the AMG wagons. Do you think desirability and resale is helped or hurt by silver exterior? Or are the dark greys or the more adventurous reds, blues and greens a plus?
@SAIMPORTS I saw that, and if you read my comment I mentioned that it had been addressed.
@LWB250 The balance shaft was already addressed.
I loves my wagons, but I don't see much love for this one. Must be the fear of balance shaft failure that's been addressed. Too bad, it's an otherwise great engine once the balance shaft issue is dealt with. I see a RNM in the owner's future...sorry. GLWA!
