What condition are the brake pads and rotors in? Checking the carfax, it looks like they were resurfaced and pads replaced around 66k miles. How much tread is left on the tires? Hard to tell in the last few photos there. Checking the carfax, looks like the belts were recently replaced. Any gasket leaks? Does it have the windstop, toolkit, service booklet, and owner's manual, or any other materials?
