The maintenance of the twin turbos concerns me. Can someone please describe what that maintenance entails and approx costs
Why are all these wonderful cars in the West Coast and so little inventory in the North East? New York and New Jersey particularly, considering the great amount of wealth concentrated in NY NJ and CT.
I agree, bubbling is rust. That section is only bubbling because there’s rust underneath.
Is there any rust in the usual W210 spots?

Outside of technological advances of the last decade, meaningless to me, if I sat on this car, I'd think I'm in a brand new or late model car, not a 20-year old. Impressive specimen. Very well kept. Note to self: get the cars washed on a regular basis and waxed at least once a year.
"The seller states that intermittently the car will not start on the first try, however, the car has always started in these situations upon a second try. " Is that normal? Does it need a new starter? Battery?
Does the seller have any details about the November 2016 damage to the front of the car ?
