The exterior is finished in Black (040) with chrome trim along the beltline, bumpers, and grille. Exterior features include a glass power-operated sunroof, xenon headlights, rain-sensing wipers, a rear wiper, roof rails, and fog lights. The seller notes various touch up spots around the body and the front bumper was refinished as a result of the minor damage reported in January 2021. Additionally, the seller states there are no signs of corrosion anywhere.

As the auction will be coming to an end this afternoon I want to thank the MB Market community for the participation as of now. I will make myself available for those of you who may have questions..
Curious to know where this one will end up geographically….I’m thinking NE or NW.
@Terner10 Fixing the pixels on the cluster is very easy and inexpensive. You can pull the cluster very easily and send it off to have them repaired for $150. Then just plug it back in when you get it back. Only takes a few days too. Swapping back to the OEM head unit should also be a simple switch for any audio shop. If you do switch back, you should get one of the OEM units from Becker in NJ that have bluetooth integrated into them.

5star! My car was totaled. We would love to have this car as a replacement. Very pleased with the details and it’s right at home in Nola . My son asked why we had to get another old car. Lol. I said because it’s safe. My girls love it! I have never jumped in a bid pool for a car. But I’m diving in. Crossing fingers. I promise I will give it a good home with laughs love and baseball! Best of luck!

@Terner10 We do not have the original head unit. I bet you can find one on eBay. The installation was done professionally and sounds exceptional as well as Bluetooth. Notice in pictures the tires if I recall are date coded 2020 and don’t have very many miles on them. Definitely does not need tires. Please also notice the imperfection on deck lid as disclosed in pictures. I really don’t think the pixels in the clock are difficult to fix. Maybe one of the enthusiasts on this site can chime in on this matter. Thank you!
Thank you. Do you have the original radio head unit? If not, is that an easy swap to bring back to stock? Are the digital pixels that are out in the instrument cluster an easy fix? Any issues with the ones in the dash? On my last W210 wagon they were in and out. Sorry if I missed but how old are the tires?
Paint meter reading have been added to the gallery.
@hows We have 3 keys. Paint meter readings will be added by Friday morning.
Sorry if I missed if it was mentioned.... How many keys?
Stunner....Love to see some paint meter shots please. Thanks
@Terner10 It appears that the bumper was resprayed at that time. The grille is in excellent shape that we can tell. The service records that we have posted are the ones that stayed with this vehicle. As far as ownership it was at a summer home originally and eventually a family member may have possibly Re registered the vehicle. Please message me if you care to. We have taken several pictures along the way. Many thanks!
Nice example. Any further color on how extensive the damage was? Was it just the front bumper or any damage/paint work to the hood or grill? The carfax shows one owner but length of ownership is shown as 13 years until 2015 when “vehicle purchase” was reported. Was there a change in ownership/what was this? Do you have service records beyond the most recent service? Many thanks!

I know the seller well and have lost count of how many car deals we have done together over the last 35 years! I have seen this car and it is real and will be worth every penny paid for it. Pictures are one thing but in person it will not disappoint! Good luck to all.
@w210E55 We have just posted pictures of the wood grain. There have been a few questions regarding condition and just wanted to clarify. it is in fantastic condition. many thanks for your comment and help.
Photographs of the undercarriage have been added to the gallery as well as some minor imperfections on the rear bumper. Notice the scratch on the rear hatch which shows much worse in photograph than it actually is. Again, Thanks to all of the bidders and commentators along the way!
Additional photos have been added to the gallery.
Outside of technological advances of the last decade, meaningless to me, if I sat on this car, I'd think I'm in a brand new or late model car, not a 20-year old. Impressive specimen. Very well kept. Note to self: get the cars washed on a regular basis and waxed at least once a year.
We are making arrangements to take pictures of the undercarriage on Tuesday. Pictures to be posted by Wednesday.

@here4thtimes Thanks for beating me to the punch. Thanks to all for commenting.
@highheat Yes, they were prone to rust. This one has been kept in the warmer climates, southern car and not driven in inclement weather.
@Highheat All 210's were susceptible but this one appears to be very clean and well-kept.
Did these have rust issues like the 1998-2002 W210? Thank you.
Thanks to the MB Market and community for the comments and bids thus far. This community is growing at a rapid pace and wish these guy a lot of luck in the future.

Additional photos of the cargo area and center console have been added to the gallery.
Beautiful.
Beautiful.
@cmesquire This wagon was originally garaged in North Carolina . Please see Carfax regarding dates. Thank you!
Beautiful. I’ve got an 01’. Query, Katrina was in 2005, when was the vehicle first registered in Louisiana?
@W210E55 I think that's glare from the high-gloss finish on the center console wood you're seeing - not "considerable bleaching" as you claimed. The side-angle photos of the console wood confirm that.
@W210E55 I'm finding it difficult to find the issues you mention. As the photos are numbered, perhaps you could clarify. Thanks
Great cars. I have put 65K miles on mine and it has been Japanese car reliable with 1500 mile road trips mixed it. These cars do everything well. Quiet inside and a dream on the highway. It should be noted that the center console wood is considerably bleached and the exterior anodized trim has turned purple. These are indications a 38K mile car has not been garaged as these are both generally related to sun exposure. 4matic is helpful if you live in snow areas but causes more maintainence issues otherwise.
@Ojiedapogi As a reminder, please understand that you cannot bid on the car simply by placing a comment. You must register an account on the website with payment information in order to place a bid. @Greggf That is amazing. I love hearing all of the positive commenting about peoples experiences. You sound like an enthusiast as well. This site is amazing! I have watched them grow this and wish these guys plenty of success. If you care to chat hit the contact button. Take care and happy motoring. Best
I have a 2000 E320 4matic wagon with a couple more options than this car, and with a whole lot more miles, 200,000!! The point is these cars are incredibly durable if well maintained, easy to work on and the interior leather wears like iron. I too have the Java leather and it looks to be in almost as nice of condition as this one. I picked mine up from the original owner who had all the records for less than the cost of a decent bicycle. I had to replace motor mounts, front axles due to torn boots, front struts, spark plugs, and a few other odds and ends. The car is now a pleasure to drive; smooth, tight and rattle free with good power. Everything works with the exception of one burned bulb in the instrument cluster. The AC is not blowing cold but that may just be a charge or ??? I'll investigate once the weather warms here. Who knows what the actual mileage of this car is, but if it has been maintained it probably doesn't matter at the point. I'm enjoying the driving dynamics and utility of my wagon more than I thought I would. Best of luck with the auction and congrats to whoever wins this one - I think they look amazing in black 👍🏼
NOTICE! The fax is in the right hand column of the listing.

@jthomasson We will gladly post the Carfax sometime today. It was an obvious clerical DMV error in North Carolina. We have submitted it to Carfax to see if they will correct the issue. You will see they made a notation. Regards
Can I please see a copy of the Carfax? What exactly happened with the mileage discrepancy?
