This is not normally my style but I have to admit this looks killer! I agree some spacers on the wheels to get them out a bit would really finish off the look. I can only imagine how much those HRE wheels cost. GLWA!
@MBEnthusiast I'm happy to show you the car anytime. Please direct message me and we can find a time that's best to take it for a spin. Have been trying to film a driving video but weather and scheduling have not been favorable.

That’s absolutely amazing, thank you for the clarification. Do you have a driving video of the vehicle? Also am I able to come and inspect the car in person before the auction ends?
@MbEnthusiast. Yes, the VIN number shown in photo # 76 match all the Vin tags and steel panels on the car as well the vehicle title document. The original window sticker and original vehicle order certificate are included in the sale and pictured in photos # 158 and 159. The engine block and cylinder heads for the car are original to the 560.117 V8 it was produced with.
Absolutely love this car! I have a question about the car. Does it have matching vin numbers, serial codes throughout. Has the engine remained the same prior the rebuild?

Thank you to all, Im Happy to bring this car to the MB community. I come from a family of MB enthusiasts and garage owners. During my 25-year career as an early model MB technician I fell in love with the C126s' iconic shape and Heritage. Owning the car for the last 15 years has been a real adventure pushing the envelope with style and updated modifications. The joy for me as a technician and enthusiast is in the creation process. Starting with a great condition platform and a clear goal, each of the cars systems we're combed over one by one to ensure proper function and presentation. Like most early model Mercedes mechanics I was not willing to compromise quality under any circumstance whether it be money or time. Thoroughly tested and completely sorted, this C126 feels tight and confident on the road while still maintaining luxury and silence in the cabin. The suspension, braking and performance upgrades allow the car to shoot out from a stoplight and take corners at speed. This car came about through 1000s of hours of work and design. I think It's clear to see the result is an awe striking one of a kind 560SEC. I'm happy to answer any other questions on the car and will be monitoring the auction closely. Bid with confidence!
An additional cold start and walk around video has been added to the listing.
Amazing build! I can only imagine the blood, sweat, and tears that went into making this what it is today. Looks to be done to a very high quality and can only imagine what it'd cost to try to develop something like this today.

What an interesting interpretation of the exotic racers of the 80s superimposed on w126! I think I would probably put some spacers behind the wheels to push them out flush with the fender flares to give it that mean looking stance, but other than that it certainly looks the part. I must admit that reading the first part of the description had me anticipating some wild 5.5-liter custom high horsepower motor or maybe an M113K, but as I scrolled down I saw and read that it has the stock 5.6-liter M117 with 238 horsepower so apparently just a typo at the top of the description and also in the quick facts. That is a very unique widebody! Best of luck with the sale!!!
@MBEnthusiast yes, shot two videos today and sending them for posting very shortly.
Are there running videos of the car?
Hello my friends it's my pleasure to present my 560 SEC widebody. @Adees The Complete fiberglass kit started out as an orignal ABC Exclusive wide body. (See photo # 180 for ABC embossed part number). The side flares have been custom molded in fiberglass with heavy influence from exotic racers of the late 80s. The custom molded modifications begin extending from just forward of the rear tires Including the vent Openings and grilles all the way to the forward edge of both doors.
Is the kit and original ABC exclusive or just a fiberglass replica?

The biggest problem in the European market will be getting the car TÜV. If I read that correctly, spoilers and extensions are custom-made and do not have a KBA number, i.e. no report. In Germany it is not possible to move something like this on the street.
I don't think this car has a "Valva" to change its gaskets :) beautiful car and restoration.
