This 1995 Mercedes-Benz E320 Wagon shows Texas registration from new under three owners with 79k miles on the odometer. Finished in Azure Blue Metallic (366) over Beige Leather (265), power is provided by a 3.2-liter M104 inline-six linked with a four-speed automatic transmission driving the rear wheels. Equipment includes an electrically-sliding sunroof, headlamp wiper/washers, self-leveling rear suspension, central locking, automatic climate control, power front seats, cruise control, automatic climate control, a split folding second row and a rear facing third-row bench. Modifications include a JVC head unit with bluetooth input, Coco floor mats and an aftermarket radar detector system. This E320 Wagon is now offered for sale by the current owner with the factory spare tire, three keys including one valet, the original tool kit, a clean Carfax report and a clean Texas title.
The body is finished in Azure Blue Metallic (366) with matching lower body cladding and a black roof rack. Exterior features include a power sliding steel sunroof, headlamp wiper/washers, front fog lights, heated and power-adjustable door mirrors, an automatic antenna, a rear wiper and central locking. Some scratches are visible on the bumpers and mirror covers with no signs of rust or damage present on the body of the vehicle. The seller had the front bumper and hood repainted to correct rock chips. The Carfax report shows no accidents and the all panels are believed to be original.
The 15” 8-hole aluminum-alloy wheels come fitted with a set of Sentury Touring tires which measure 205/60 on all four corners and show 2019 date codes. A full-size spare is mounted in the rear along with the factory tool kit. The standard self-leveling rear suspension ensures a constant rear ride height regardless of cargo load.
The interior is upholstered in Beige Leather (265) with a contrasting black dashboard and Coco floor mats. Zebrano wood trim can be seen lining the center console, dashboard and door panels. Both front seats offer 10-way power adjustability. Interior appointments include automatic climate control, cruise control, a 6-speaker Active Bass audio system, a 60/40 split-folding second row, a retractable partition net and a folding rear-facing third-row bench. An aftermarket JVC head unit with Bluetooth and an auxiliary input has been installed along with a radar detector system. The seller notes the headlight switch can be fickle but does function, and the sunroof works but the tilt feature is inoperative. A JVC CD player is mounted in the rear cargo area but is not connected and additional wiring is available to add a subwoofer if desired.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a 160-mph speedometer along with a 7k-rpm tachometer, an analog clock and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature and oil pressure. A digital outside temperature sensor is mounted centrally at the bottom of the cluster. The six-digit odometer currently shows just 79k miles.
This S124 is powered by a 3.2-liter DOHC inline-six which produces 217 horsepower and 229 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission. Under the seller's care the car has received a new fuel and OVP relay, front left control arm, new brake pads all around, new transmission filter, and an AC service and recharge.
The Carfax report shows three owners with Texas registration from new along with linear mileage updates, and no accidents or damage reports. This 1995 E320 Wagon is now offered for sale in Cedar Park, Texas with the original tool kit, three keys including one valet, a full-size spare, a clean Carfax report and a clean Texas title in the seller’s name.
A video has been provided by the seller showing a start-up and engine footage.
For many, the W124 is considered one of the best constructed sedans of all time sporting impossibly good build quality, timeless styling and an impeccable ride. Logically, the S124 carries over the same qualities to form one of the greatest wagons as well. This later model example sports a classic Blue over Tan specification with leather upholstery and Coco floor mats. Showing just 79k miles from new, and with a Texas pedigree, this example appears to have been well loved and cared for with a clean body and interior. Given the reliability of the M104 inline-six and the 124 chassis as a whole, this E320 wagon is certain to provide many more years of utilitarian luxury to its new enthusiast owner.

@Sageetea Yes it was cold prior. When I took it in they said it was basically full so I brought it home. I checked the a/c relay and realized it had come loose, so I plugged it in and back to cool air again. Prob came loose when I changed the fuel pump relay and ovp.
@jwalk72 thank you. was it cold before the recharge? evap on these are known to go and it is $$$$ to replace... so please let us know if there was a leak or something that prompted the recent recharge. Thank you.

@Tonyl43 It's nice and cold! I wish my W123 was as cold.
@Yesyesyouwill no, just the angle of the photo. Headliner is perfect
Hi, is the rear part of the headliner, as seen in picture 31, sagging? Thanks.
Can you give us a few words on the air conditioning in that Texas heat?
Additional photos and a video have been added to the listing.

@Donkster Hi, The tach works and I fixed the passenger side window this week. It was sticking at times since I purchased it but now it's good to go. It had a plastic peace of some sort stopping it. Every light works in the car. Doors, Rear, Dash, console, no glovebox on this, and the vanity mirrors. The driver-side vanity mirror is missing a spring so it won't stay open but the passenger works perfectly.
Good morning! The requested photos and vids have been taken and should be uploaded once MBMarket has time. I hope they answer any other questions you might have. When it stops raining I might take the car out for a few more

Hi All, Thanks for your interest in my E320 wagon! I’ve done my best to answer all PMs and comments as clearly and precisely as possible. If I did not respond it’s likely a redundant question in the comments or answered by the photos. I will upload the requested photos first thing in the morning. I’ll also add a video of the engine running and show that the gauges are working properly by tomorrow morning. Thx!

Good Morning Nice looking wagon. I am also wondering about the Tach question and ask the a general question as to ANY deferred maintenance mechanically as well as cosmetically? This would include all switches and gauges, clock, teachers etc, Amy lights on the interior. The interior trim on the console glove box, and A pillars? Also the vanity mirror lights and covers tend deteriorate. Thank you.
Is the tachometer non-operable? Oil pressure is up without dash lights on suggesting car is running, but tach at zero
@JSmithSF I'll post a video this evening or first thing in the morning
@MBZ500SEC nothing wrong with the structure. Just the angle of the photo.
Any videos of it running? Or a walk around?
What is the deviation/bend in the door edge metal in pic 37 ?
$5,500 bid placed by @THarper
@dieseltom will do at some point but yes it has one
Could you supply a photo of the underside of the engine hood. If I am not mistaken there should be some sort of heat mitigation material. Thank You

@allmack good info, thx! Let me know if you want to sell your G320!
I have a G320 with this M104 engine and it is a great one. If the wiring harness hasn't been changed, I got one fabbed in Germany last year and it's worked out fine.

Sorry seller just to clarify, is the original stereo and third brake light included in the sale?
$3,000 bid placed by @Tsantos0913
@goldcoastflow not necessarily. It's a nice added safety feature but not a necessity. I would have kept it if it was not so fragile. They often get brittle, crack, or fall apart due to the sun and the opening/closing of the trunk. I only have the lens and light left. The whole back piece that mounts to the hatch was trashed. Hope that helps.
Is removing the brake light a popular modification On these wagons? What is the purpose?
Additional photos have been added to the gallery.
Thank you @jwalk72
@Sageetea @Jtwoods4 @JER219 Undercarriage and brake light delete pictures should be uploaded tonight. thx

@JER219 no docs on the wiring harness and it had an old aftermarket stereo when i bought it.
@JER219 hi, i'll get those uploaded this week.

Any photographs of the underside of the vehicle?
@gsxr hi. I've owned three W124 wagons so great question. The wiring harness was inspected by a Mercedes mechanic who said it was not needed.
Do you have documents stating the electrical wiring harness has been replaced?
Do you have the original stereo unit?
Gorgeous color combo. Has the engine wiring harness been replaced?
