This 1998 Mercedes-Benz E320 Wagon was originally sold in Florida and shows longterm ownership history in Tampa since new. Finished in Smoke Silver Metallic (702) over a Mushroom Leather (205) interior, power is provided by a 3.2-liter naturally aspirated V6 paired with a five-speed automatic transmission driving the rear wheels. Features include a glass power sunroof, automatic climate control, folding rear-facing 3rd row seats, and power windows, locks, and wing mirrors. This S210 shows 134k miles and is offered with factory literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title.
Finished in Smoke Silver Metallic (702), this long-roof example shows original body panels and is reportedly rust-free. The seller notes normal wear on the front bumper and the lower bumper trim on the rear left corner is cracked. Features include halogen headlamps, a power glass sunroof, roof rails with cross bars, and a rear window wiper. The attached Carfax shows a clean history with no accidents or damage.
This E320 retains original 16x7.5 wheels wrapped in GoodYear Assurance tires. Light curb rash can be seen on a few of the wheels and the original painted center caps are reportedly in excellent condition. The rear features self-leveling suspension to keep the car level at all times.
The cabin is trimmed in Mushroom Leather (205) across the seats, door cards, head rests, shift knob, and armrest. Burl wood adorns the center console, dashboard, and upper door cards. The seller notes normal wear visible on both front seats and some hairline cracks in the wood veneer around the window switches. Additional options include automatic climate control and an OEM Becker head unit with AM/FM, cassette, and weather band. The rear facing third row can be seen both stowed and in the upright position in the gallery below.
The digital odometer shows under 135k original miles. Instrumentation includes a 160-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline, and a digital odometer with trip function. Additional gauges include fuel level, coolant temperature and a digital clock. The screens show no signs of failing LCD pixels and functions properly.
The 3.2-liter M112 V6 was rated at 221 horsepower and 232 lb-ft of torque when new and is paired with a 722.6 automatic five-speed transmission sending power to the rear wheels. The seller reports the car has been serviced and inspected. Underbody photos are viewable in the gallery.
The two-owner Carfax report shows no accidents or damage along with linear mileage updates. This 1998 E320 Wagon is offered by the selling dealer with factory literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title.

I have one of these as well, only it's got 220k on the clock and it's still going! Great car, truly the "Camry" of the Mercedes product line! GLWA!
@Danrey Thank you at lease someone paying attention to the pictures before ask questions.
@MBZ560SEC the second row middle headrest is pictured on floor, not missing
@MBZ560SEC the rear cover dog/luggage devider is one item, and there’s row shares 2nd row headrests. I have had as many as 4 s210s , now have 2 . These are incomparable haulers and drive is very car like and can even be lowered a bit via valve in rear. Also has self leveling system to aid in driving characteristics while loaded. M112 engine are ultra stout , interior very hard wearing and probably at low point of devaluation now

Apart from the missing centre headrest in row 2 seating, do you have the cargo retractable cover, the net pet guard and the two slimline headrest for rear facing seats?
