This 2007 Mercedes-Benz E350 4MATIC wagon was originally sold by Mercedes-Benz of Fort Lauderdale, Florida in September 2006 and received regular and documented servicing through 2019. The current owner and seller purchased in 2020 and has added approximately 25k miles under current ownership. The wagon is finished in Jade Green Metallic (300) over Brown Leather (824) and shows 72k original miles. Power comes from a 3.5-liter V6 paired with a five-speed shiftable, automatic transmission and 4MATIC all-wheel-drive. Factory equipment includes heated front seats and mirrors, a glass sunroof, automatic headlamps, dual-zone climate control, COMAND with navigation and Harmon-Kardon audio. The most recent service was performed in May 2022 and includes an oil and filter change. This E350 4MATIC wagon is now offered with a clean Carfax report showing consistent service, factory manuals, two keys, and a clean Maine title.
The body is finished in Jade Green Metallic (300) with chrome accents around the beltline, front fog lights and bumpers. Equipment includes a glass sunroof with tilt function, roof rails, power lifting rear tailgate, and a rear window wiper with heated spray. The included Carfax shows a clean history and the owner notes the rear hatch as being professionally replaced and repainted previously. Light rock chips can be seen on the nose of the car.
Factory 17″ seven-spoke alloy wheels measuring 17x8.5 wear Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ tires on all four corners. The tires show 2020 date codes and measure 245/45 all around. The wheels show some curb rash which can be seen in the photos.
Brown Leather (824) upholstery is accented with matching carpets and a leather-trimmed shift knob. The dashboard, door cards, center console, and armrest are trimmed in Burl Walnut. Interior equipment includes a Harmon/Kardon Logic7 sound system, dual powered and heated front seats with memory, a power glass moonroof, satellite radio capability, dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, automatic headlights, and power accessories. The cabin shows well with little interior wear including creases on the driver’s seat bottom and light fading across the dashboard wood trim. Rear-facing jump seats with headrests fold into the floor when not in use, as demonstrated further in the gallery.
The Brown leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, an analog clock, and a multifunction display. Digital readouts on each side display fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer shows approximately 72k miles in total, 25k of which have been added by the current owner.
Under the hood is a 3.5-liter V6 that sends power to all four wheels through a manually-shiftable five-speed automatic transmission. Output was rated at 268 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque when new. Recent service includes an oil and filter change in May of this year and a recent lamp check. Additional underbody photos showing the condition of the underbody can be seen in the gallery.
This E350 4MATIC wagon is now offered with a clean Carfax report showing no accident or damage along with consistent service, and linear mileage updates, factory manuals, two keys, and a clean Maine title.
Videos provided by the seller include two walk-around, an interior tour, and two drive-by videos.

@KingCutro thanks for the question. I would describe the condition of the leather and the interior more broadly as fairly immaculate, especially for a 15 year old car. Specifically, the leather remains supple and there are no cracks, tears, or notable scuffs. Photos 106 & 107 of the driver seat and 111 & 112 of the passage seat aim to give a good sense of any wear that does exist. In the walk around video linked above I point out any notable wear points on the interior and exterior more broadly. Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any other specific follow-up questions.

Anything you can share, regarding the leather or inside wear?

Just a quick note that we will be out of town over the 4th of July weekend (we're leaving the morning of July 1st). I will of course remain responsive to any messages but once we leave, I won't be together with the vehicle again until after the auction has closed (we return the evening of July 4th). Otherwise, many thanks for the interest, comments, and appreciation. We've sought to be good stewards of this beautiful vehicle and hopeful that it will find a new home where it can continue to be enjoyed to the fullest.

This is the first wagon in a while that has me considering 'would I give up my 2014 e350 wagon for it'. Love, love, this color and that it is close enough to me in NC. Gorgeous.

@Afernwalk Thanks for the help and @Pns&Ndls. Never had a 211 with leather, always MB Tex...exciting.

@JeffsMess I just checked, and Becker does in fact repair, rebuild and offers Bluetooth and auxiliary options for the W163 COMAND units.
i would argue this is a designo optioned car. My 2005 e500 wagon has same configured seats and door panels.
@avemaria , @LWB250, @CICBarkeep thanks all. Note that the reference has been removed.
@LWB250 I know Becker will rebuild the double DINs in the W163. I think those were Alpine? LEB could be right though. Only alone way to find out!
@LWB250 This vehicle is running the Harmon-Kardon COMAND system and has an auxiliary input in the glove box. I've admittedly never given the aux input a try though as we don't have an aux cord kicking around any more. Some may have objections to this approach but we've used Bluetooth transmitter that plugs into the lighter to route music from our phones through the radio with relative success / quality. When on longer trips you do end up having to adjust the station you're using when encountering interference which can be annoying but otherwise it has worked fine for us. The car does have a stock phone Bluetooth connection that is functioning (see device pictured in photo 95) though we've not found the quality consistent enough to make much use of this. @Asher5 regarding maintenance, I'm hoping that this will be quite minimal. The notable thing on my list is that the tires now have almost 30k (put on just after we got the car) on them and are starting to approach the wear bars. They should have just about another 10k on them though. We've sought to service the car every ~5k so if you stick to that schedule it would also be due for a service at 76,800.
Love the green on tan combination of this wagon. Stunning example!
@Pns&Ndls The COMAND system in these cars was not made by Becker, it was either Harmon-Kardon or Alpine, depending on the model. There is an auxiliary input on this most likely, although it might not be set up, again this is model dependent. There are some good Bluetooth cassette adapters out there that work amazingly well with units like this.
@Asher5 I can't speak to the W211 but I have a W210 with the smaller OEM unit in it that I sent to Becker to integrate Bluetooth. I'd think they could do the same for this unit? Might be worth reaching out to them. https://www.beckerautosound.com/
Sorry for the double post, also wondering if there's any upcoming maintenance in the next 10k miles?
Owned an 09 wagon in this identical color combination. I remember buying it and being shocked at my resale value two years and a number of miles later. Killer color combination. Anyone know if Bluetooth audio is easy to retrofit to stock COMAND?
I'm also actively seeking a long-roof and was surprised to see the WASP reference a second time. I didn't and don't attribute its use to the owner but perhaps these comments will lead to its immediate and ongoing removal.
@avemaria Hence my reasoning for pointing it's use out for a second time. I found it offensive as well, and completely inappropriate. The first time I was dismissed. That says something for the editorial staff of the web site, for sure.
@LWB250 Thanks for looking up the engine serial number. I want to acknowledge / confirm that the number shared is correct; 27297230 461788. I've rescanned all the records I have and I don't see anything about replacing the balance shafts. I will chat about this with our MB mechanic who will certainly be much more familiar with this issue then I am (my understanding is largely limited to my recent reading). Recognizing the possible sense of conflict here though, I would also be happy to help facilitate inspection by a mechanic in the area of someone else's choosing. It is important to me that this listing be as transparent as possible so appreciate attention being called to this. My hope would be that the TLC we understand was invested in this vehicle by the prior owner and subsequently by us helps translate to a long and successful existence for this S211 but I have to accept that this doesn't make it immune from issues common to this engine or to aging more broadly I suppose.
I've been looking for a w211 e350 in green to replace my w211 e320 wagon. I'm a MB enthusiast and have had many many over the years. This ad copy below is offensive to me and stops me from bidding. It may be awesome to others, YMMV. "The market has taken notice what the WASP-ified set has long since heralded: nothing beats a well-maintained, aging Mercedes wagon for flying under the radar with class, style, and confidence."
And I see we're recycling the mildly offensive reference to "WASPs" in the ad copy.
@avemaria This car is affected by the balance shaft failure issue. At least it's within the range of serial numbers of affected engines. The cutoff for affected engines is at serial number 468993, and this car's engine serial number ends in 461788. So that would put it in the affected range. I would definitely want the engine inspected by a mechanic familiar with this issue and a review of the timing specs. The low mileage is likely the reason why the issue hasn't appeared, but given the likelihood of (known) failure, it's a time bomb waiting to blow for the next owner. Too bad - it's a beautiful car, but with the potential for major repairs in the future, I wouldn't roll the dice on it.

@avemaria thanks for the question! Let me take a stab at this but let me know if I'm missing the mark. In short, I've kept up with all recommendations made by our MB mechanic as I strive to be quite fastidious with our cars. Things of likely interest include: 1) replacing the thermostat at around 47k (preventatively and I've never had any issues with overheating or seen any signs of it during previous ownership); 2) servicing the transmission at 53k (we weren't sure if/when it had been done last based on the records I had), and replacing the rear air springs and suspension height sensors at 67k (they had started to lose air when sitting for a day or two).
Gorgeous! Randy Rodman?

Absolutely stunning wagon. GLWS!
This is in stunning condition for a 15 year old car! I'll be watching this one
Has the engine been rectified for the common m272 ailment from 2006-2008 engines?
Greetings all and thanks for checking out this S211! We purchased this car during COVID while splitting our time between Maine and D.C. / Maryland. It proved perfect for making the long commutes and picks up lots of compliments wherever we are. We're going to be quite sad to see it go! While we registered the car in Maine, it has lived much of its life with us here at our home in Silver Spring, MD. All service and maintenance done during our ownership has been by our MB specialist here in MD. We hope this car makes the next owner as excited and happy as it has us! Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions. GLWTA!
