Any chance for start up and driving videos?
@MSerpe When I bought my W124, the radio head unit was giving an "E2" error. I was able to rectify the issue by sending the trunk mounted tuner/receiver to Becker for refurbishment. @Cdscollects is correct in that the internal circuitry has a tendency to fail at this age. The only other possibility is that the fader switch (located next to the window switches) may be faulty.
Beautiful W124! You don’t see them often in green. GLWA!
Can you provide more details on recent service work performed? As well as upload a driving video?
What a rare W124! Hope it goes to a good home. GLWA!
Beautiful W124 with 4Matic! I hope that the future owner corrects those mispainted bumpers.
Looks like there was a lot of time, money, and effort spent to bring the fuel system in working order. GLWA!
Wow!! What are collection. I’m envious! Hope this one is just as good as your green wagon.
Congrats @cdwatnsu ! Excellent deal. Is this your first W124?
I recently purchased the '92 300E listed for sale on this site. Just want to say, these are wonderful cars and this one looks like a clean and well-maintained example. Good luck in the last few minutes of the auction!
@PerfectAutoSales is it safe to assume then the wiring harness is original? Can you post a video of the car being driven?
Are there any other records/evidence of major repairs or work done to the vehicle outside of the recent servicing?
Congrats @Benzomatic. Well bought!
I noticed the 300E emblem on the rear trunk lid is sitting slightly high. Can it be easily removed or adjusted?
