The Carfax shows no accidents or other damage and began in 2024 when the motorhome was first registered. Imported to the U.S. in 2024, this Rimor Sailer 748 is now offered by the seller out of Granada Hills, California with a Nevada title that lists the van as a 1998 model and carries a “Non U.S. Vehicle” brand.
We never really got half-sized motorhomes here in the U.S. Europe and Japan are just overall smaller making these rest of world motorhomes also smaller than the lumbering behemoths here in the States. This van is so period correct and original with the most nostalgic vibes we’ve seen. The curtains are peak ‘90s, as is the wood and the amazing mint green bathroom. The orange stove is a punctuation of color along with the hilariously fun front seats. Not only is the interior amazing, but this van packs the legendary OM602 engine under the hood. There is great parts availability here in the U.S. for this engine when it needs service and has proven itself as one of the toughest engines Mercedes-Benz has ever built. We’re obsessed with the spec as the ‘90s is finally cool again.
